Live Event Illustration That Makes Your Celebration UnforgettableBring a personal and creative touch to your celebration with live illustrations. I create original portraits on-site so guests can enjoy the process and take home a unique keepsake. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, private parties, or any gathering where you want to make the day memorable.
ABOUT THE PACKAGESPackages
Each live illustration session is tailored to your event. All packages include:6–8 portraits per hour, 1–2 people per illustrationOne A4 main illustration on artist grade paper created in my studio after the event, capturing either the couple for weddings, or a key moment such as a team activity, product showcase, or other highlight for corporate and brand eventsA5 portraits on high-quality, acid-free watercolor paper with protective sleevesAny unfinished sketches from the event will be completed in-studio and sent to youAdditional portraits can be added if your guest list exceeds the standard coverage.Pricing & BookingHourly rate: €150 per hour (minimum booking 2 hours)Travel within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa included; outside the city, small travel fees apply
HOW IT WORKSI work directly at your event with markers that dry instantly, so guests can take their portraits home immediately in protective plastic sleeves. I use a quick photo of each guest as a reference, letting them enjoy the celebration without waiting.I set up at a table and chair provided by the venue, in a well-lit area with access to a plug for my light. Outdoor setups are possible if the weather allows.Illustrations are created in the order photos are taken, averaging 6–8 portraits per hour.*LIMITATIONSOne sketch per guest, up to two people per illustrationGuests must be present at the event; I do not draw from personal phone photosTime-based service: I cannot guarantee every guest will be drawn at larger eventsStylized poses are used to bring energy and personality to each portrait

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSQ: How many guests can be illustrated?
A: Typically 6–8 portraits per hour, depending on outfit details and complexity. Each sketch can include 1–2 people, and each guest is drawn only once. Keep in mind a little time is needed between photos and sketches for each guestQ: What happens if not all portraits are finished during the event?
A: Remaining sketches are completed in my studio and sent to you along with the A4 couple or host portrait. All portraits are delivered in protective plastic sleeves.Q: Can every guest be drawn?
A: Service is designed for a specific time frame. Larger events may exceed the number of portraits I can complete during your booking. I do not draw from personal photos or wallets—guests must be present at the event.Q: How do you choose who gets drawn first?
A: I work in the order photos are taken. Guests do not need to wait at my table and can enjoy the celebration.Q: Do I need to provide a table or chair?
A: Yes, a solid table and chair are required, along with a well-lit location and access to a plug for my lamp if needed.

Looking for a fresh idea for a PR event, a different kind of team-building activity, or a unique way to connect with clients? An arts and crafts workshop brings people together in a fun, hands-on way while leaving a lasting impression. Beyond corporate settings, these workshops are also perfect for bridal showers, hen parties, or small private gatherings, anywhere you want creativity to be part of the celebration.Workshops are available as corporate or private bookings with a flat fee (from €400), small private groups (from €250), or as partner sessions priced per participant (from €35). 1. Metal Embossing
Press simple patterns into soft metallic sheets to make a small framed artwork. Each person usually makes one or two pieces.Materials provided: Embossing sheets, stylus, templates, small framesSpace: Minimal setup, clean and compactGroup size: 5–15 participantsHow it works: Designs follow templates; small adjustments possible if discussed
2. Pixel Beaded Hanging
Make a colorful beaded hanging using pre-designed patterns. Pieces can be displayed individually or combined into a larger group design.Materials provided: Beads, thread, rail, templatesSpace: Each participant needs only a small areaGroup size: 5–12 participantsHow it works: Participants follow a set pattern with fixed colors
3. Mini Rubber Stamp
Design and carve a 5×5 cm stamp from soft rubber. Stamps can be used on cards, fabric, or other surfaces. Participants can use templates or create their own design.Materials provided: Rubber, carving tools, pencils, ink pads, templatesSpace: Small area; slightly messy but easy to manageGroup size: 5–12 participantsHow it works: Templates are provided; freehand designs are optional
